Dispatch Time
We aim to provide a reliable super fast delivery to all our customers in the UK and worldwide. Most orders will be dispatched within a 24hr-48hr period. If this is not possible we will keep you fully informed. Our telephone lines are open 8.30am till 5pm Monday to Friday. You can also leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Next Day Delivery
We can offer next day courier delivery to mainland UK for orders placed before 2pm except Bank Holidays. Please note orders placed after 2pm on a Thursday and before 2pm on a Friday are not guaranteed for a Saturday and may be delivered on Monday.
Delays
If for any reason there is a delay dispatching your order within our normal timescales we will let you know using the contact details you have provided. You will have the option to cancel the order and obtain a refund.
On occasion there may be a delay at Royal Mail or the courier service which is outwith our control. We can however provide you with postage and/or tracking information so you can check it’s progress.
Royal Mail and Couriers
We normally use Royal Mail for small parcels 2kg and under to mainland UK and all our parcels are sent using the signed for service.
We have arrangements in place with a number of reliable couriers to enable a quick and safe delivery of your order.
Where necessary our couriers will follow any specific delivery instructions however you are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of these. We will not be held liable to you in relation to any loss or damage to the goods resulting from us following your request.
Pricing
Delivery costs for orders within mainland UK are charged as follows:-
Royal Mail small parcel 2kg and under, cost £6.00
Courier service up to 15kg including packaging, cost £15.00 (this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands and Scottish Highlands where the cost is £25.00)

Worldwide/International Orders including Republic of Ireland Pricing, VAT, Taxes, Fees and Levies
Delivery costs for orders to most European countries (excluding Malta and Balearic Islands) for packages up to 2kg including packaging are charged at a standard cost of £25.00 and this will automatically be applied to your order. Please note depending on the size, weight and dimensions of some parcels there may be additional costs incurred in shipping and you may be contacted for additional payment.
Larger packages are priced on an individual basis and the cost will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Orders outwith Europe are priced on an individual basis depending on the size and weight of the package and the cost will be confirmed prior to dispatch.
Worldwide/International orders anywhere outwith mainland UK including Republic of Ireland will automatically have the VAT deducted at checkout once the delivery address has been entered.
Individual country taxes, fees and levies may apply according to local legislation. Any customs or import duty charges may also be payable when the goods have reached the destination. You, the customer, are responsible to pay these taxes and charges where applicable.
We are unable to estimate the cost of these charges as they vary from country to country. Some countries have restrictions on certain products and materials and it is your responsibility to determine whether there are any restrictions that may affect the delivery of your order. Your local customs office should be able to assist you with this.
Please note we are restricted to shipping a total of 1 litre (1000ml) in liquids.
